Dan and Anne Manassero

Dan and Anne Manassero of “The Original Manassero Farms” and AG Kawamura of

“Orange County Produce” has been donating fresh produce to help fight hunger for over

five years.

AG Kawamura, of the family-owned grower and shipper OC Produce, one of the biggest farmers of strawberries in Orange County, stands in a certified organic strawberry field at The Great Park in Irvine. /// ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 10/22/13 - Mark Rightmire, Orange County Register

AG Kawamura

Both Kawamura and The Manassero’s have donated this year a combined 89,050 lbs

of produce from their farms . Donations came from “The Original Manassero

Farms” in Irvine and Santa Ana while “Orange County Produce” donations came

from the Great Park located in Irvine as well. For the last five years we have been

very grateful to these two great farmers who are givers and strong instruments in

stomping out hunger. We hope to continue our great relationship next year so that

we can continue to support the community with fresh organic produce.
