This week starts the Distribution to the Communities.

Posted on 31 January 2012 by robertflournoy

Extended organizations are gearing up to Distribute food in the Community this week.

Thursday will be the first pick up by one of the Organizations and Saturday will be picked up

by Valley High School Culinary Class. The President felt he was willing to direct

the Saturday food to the Culinary class to support the students as they learn how

to prepare food for future jobs.  As he said in the earlier post he is willing to do his

part to help this worth while class that will help the students stay focus. Growing

up in Santa Ana he has seen kids get locked up because of the surroundings they had.

This is a positive move for these students says the President and he would like to be a

part of their success.

Food Distributions in the Community

Posted on 28 January 2012 by robertflournoy

We are diligently working on setting up food Distributions in the Community three

times a month. These Distributions will help to support between 20  to 25 families

with perishables and non perishables food items.  Our desire is to reach all of

Santa Ana with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to provide food through

Evangelical and non Evangelical events to do our part to stomp out hunger.

Culinary Arts High School Inc. Academies at Valley High SChool

Posted on 26 January 2012 by robertflournoy

Today we met with some key players at the Culinary Arts High School Inc. Academies

to talk about how Loves And Fishes x10  can help to support this worth while class.

In the meeting we discussed their budget for the class and a statement was made that the

class was short food this week so immediately the president wasted know time to

connected them with produce because he felt how could the kids really enjoy

the class if they fall short of food to cook. We will do our part to help support the

class because we feel if this class can teach kids a career to get a job and at the same

time keep them off the streets and focused it is definitely a good investment.
